RETURNS POLICY
- We offer a replacement or a refund for faulty products.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered post - we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds for 'change of mind'.
- Refunds will not be supplied to an order, if placed 2 months after purchase.
